Katie stayed on campus at the University of California at Davis and explored the excitement of California politics in the state capitol during the day. She learned about the challenges facing California political leaders, met the politicians and those making important decisions about our state.

When they weren't meeting with our leaders, they were working on projects at night aimed at helping them understand California's issues in a personal way.
